Connect your physical practice with our primary form of locomotion! Understanding gait offers tremendous information about how our bodies work and compensatory patterns we've established to remain upright and moving. Learn specific therapeutic Asana sequences that help address smoother gait. In this workshop, we will witness gait patterns as snapshots frozen in time.  Discover in your own body places where you have full movement.  Explore where you have potential to develop new pathways leading to positive change.  Join Yoga Therapist, Lisa Long, to Feel Well.  Move well.  Breathe Well.  Be Well.

No prerequisites.  This exploratory and therapeutic workshop is open to students of all levels and abilities.   Students must be able to get up and down from the floor.
