Part 1 and Part 2 may be taken independently.  This foundational therapeutics training is perfect for teachers who want to learn to apply the Universal Principles of Alignment in a therapeutic setting. Learn how to modify poses during public classes and one-on-one sessions and become equipped to handle therapeutics issues that come your way. Learn to access deep inner wisdom, intuition, the UPAs, and biomechanics to bring students out of pain. You will learn basic asana sequences and hands on work that will help the student find their optimal alignment.  We not only retrain the body but help to rewire our client’s thinking to attract and bring in more healing energy.

It is suggested that you sign up for Rachel Bush’s basic anatomy course if you have a minimal background in anatomy and physiology. Experienced in yoga therapeutics? Sign up for Adam Ballenger’s workshop.
